Garden Cottage has 2 bedrooms, one of which has a double bed, and the other bedroom has 2 twin beds. There is a full size cot upstairs, and we are happy to supply bed linen for the cot at no extra cost.
We also have a futon which is located in the dining room, which can comfortably accommodate an adult. If you would like to use this, please let us know. It is available at a small extra cost.
Included in the price is all bed linen and towels, as well as a welcome pack of tea, coffee, milk and additional goodies. The contents of the welcome pack varies and depends on the length of stay, and the time of year.
The cottage has full central heating, and it is included in the price from 1 September to 1 June every year, usually for 10 hours per day, split between morning and evening. However, if the weather is unseasonably cold, or hot, this can be adjusted. If you would like heating 24/7 heating, please ask for a price. There are electric heaters in both bedrooms which can be adjusted by guests to suit.
The kitchen is fully equipped with an electric hob and oven, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, washing machine/tumble drier, microwave and toaster. It has well stocked cupboards with lots of pots and denby dishes. If you have any particular cooking needs, please ask.
We now have an EV charger. Please ask for rates for usage per night.
We have now applied for our Short Term Letting Licence. Our reference number is FI 00612 P . EPC Band F.
